Hot pressing machine

Pulse hot press uses transformer to produce a high current of low voltage, which is heated rapidly by welding joint. Pulse current refers to the ON and OFF frequency ratio of the current. The larger the pulse ratio, the larger the current output, and the faster the temperature rise of the welding joint. Pulse hot press places workpiece in fixture (if necessary, start vacuum to fix it). The clamp is sent to the welded joint, press double start key, press the workpiece under the welded joint (start heating), the temperature rises rapidly and accurately according to the input parameters, up to four temperature zones (solder reflux at this time), air cooling (solder solidification), and the welded joint rises (completion).

Pulse hot press loads a certain pulse voltage on the hot press head, and the hot press head heats up the connected object. When the temperature rises to the solder melting point (i.e. to the pre-set temperature), the tin between the connected objects is melted and connected together. The general pulse hot press uses temperature closed-loop control.

Pulse hot press is mainly used in the welding operation of components which can not be welded by normal SMT + reflux furnace. When soldering with soldering iron, the appearance of welding is inconsistent and uneven, and virtual welding and welding products are easy to occur. Pulse hot press is different from constant temperature soldering iron. Pulse hot press can reach the desired temperature at the instant of electrification, but it can reach room temperature at the instant of no voltage applied at both ends of the welding head; and the welding head is flat, so the appearance of the welded joint is flat and uniform, and there is very little defective virtual welding.
